1. Professor Kwame Ameyaw Domfeh
Kwame Ameyaw Domfeh is a Professor of Public Administration and Management at the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management, University of Ghana Business School, Legon and a former Dean of University of Ghana Business School.

2. Professor Justice Nyigmah Bawole
Justice Nyigmah Bawole is an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Management at the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management, University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He is the Dean of University of Ghana Business School. He obtained his PhD in Development Policy and Management from the Global Development Institute, University of Manchester, UK. He also holds a Master of Philosophy in Public Administration, Bachelor of Science in Administration (Public Administration) and Diploma in Public Administration degrees from the University of Ghana Business School. He has many years of extensive experience from diverse consultancy backgrounds. He has led, chaired and co-chaired high-level consulting assignments, workshops, technical committees and platforms. In addition, he has consulted for a number of local and International organisations such as KFW, State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) of Switzerland in Accra, OXFAM, UNDP, UNEP, UK Chamber of Commerce in Ghana, Ghana’s Ministry of Finance, Ghana’s Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation and many others. He co-chaired the Technical Committee that developed the National Public Sector Reform Strategy (2018-2023). He led two teams to develop a Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Performance Assessment Framework (PAF) for Sector Wide Approach (SWAp) to Decentralisation in 2017. He also led the design of Joint Programming Development Strategy for OXFAM America and OXFAM UK. His areas of expertise are in: Public Sector Management –Public Service Ethics, Public Sector reforms, Public Service Motivation, performance management and public sector financial management, Climate Change and Sustainable Development, Local economic and sustainable development and State-third sector relations. Within the field of evaluations and public sector management, Prof Bawole has enormous experiences key among them being: Baseline Study in Ghana for the Green Finance/Economy project, Development of a Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), Development of Performance Assessment Framework (PAF) For Sector Wide Approach (SWAp) To Decentralisation, Public Administration and Public Finance Expert, Development of Sectoral MRV Systems and Establishment of a Centralized MRV Process for Reporting Structures for National Communication & Biennial Reports for UNFCCC, Development of Climate Finance Measuring, Reporting And Verification (MRV) System, Capacity Building on Performance Management for Public Sector Agencies in Ghana, Review of the Implementation of Decentralisation for 2015-2017 and many others. 

3. Dr. Albert Ahenkan
Dr. Albert Ahenkan is a Sustainable Development and Public Administration Expert. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, University of Ghana Business School and a Coordinator of the Centre for Climate Change and Sustainability Studies (C3SS). He obtained his PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Belgium in 2011. His areas of expertise include sustainable development, environmental management and impact assessments, environmental and social risks management, climate change finance, green economy, public administration, public policy, PPPs, and project management. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses including sustainable development, environmental management, financing climate change, climate change policies and legal frameworks. His professional experience spans across the NGOs and Academia. Dr. Ahenkan has consulted for a number of organizations including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology (MEST), World Bank, UNDP, GIZ, IFAD, UNEP, FAO, CIDA, EPA, NEPAD etc. He was the World Bank local consultant for the development of Ghana’s Multi-Sectoral investment framework for Climate and Disaster Risk Management. Dr. Ahenkan was IFAD’s National Consultant for the development of Country’s Social Environment and Climate Assessment Procedures (SECAP) for Ghana Country Strategic and Opportunities Program (COSOP). He was actively involvement in the development of Ghana NAMAs Investor Guide, Climate Change finance tracking tools, Ghana Green Finance Study. He also led the development of Climate Change Project Prioritisation Tool and Guideline, and National Designated Authority (NDA) Operational Manual for Green Climate Funds for Ministry of Finance, and Manual for mainstreaming SDGs into the Development Plans of the MMDAs. Dr. Ahenkan has published over 40 Articles and book chapters in international peer review journals and books. He has initiated and managed a good number of development projects on MDGs, sustainable development, green economy, climate change, forest resources creation, water and sanitation in Ghana. He has over the years participated and presented a number of papers in international conferences. He was a regular participant of the European Development Days in Brussels, Belgium in between 2009-2011 and a visiting Professor to Yale University in US in 2019.
